Few months back Nokia and Microsoft made an announcement of partnership that combines the respective strengths of companies and build a new global mobile ecosystem.

Yesterday Nokia and Microsoft announced that the latest productivity apps from the software giant will gradualy become available for Symbian Belle.



Microsoft Lync 2010 Mobile, Microsoft PowerPoint Broadcast, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft Document Connection will be available on Q4 2011 and more apps will come in 2012 with Microsoft OneNote sync with SharePoint (in addition to SkyDrive), Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint that will run as a native application on the device outside of Windows platform.

All the apps will be free for all Nokia Symbian Belle device. These updates and more devices come has confidently will continues build and support Symbian until at least 2016.
