Google has just released update to it's YouTube app for Symbian OS platform OS smartphone.

This new YouTube app is now fully support S60 5th (touch-screen) phones like Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and N97.

To download browser Google Mobile with your phone's web browser and click on youtube.

After sucessfully installs, there will be a Youtube widget in your application's folder menu. You can use it as a shortcut to place on ur HomeScreen.

Below some screenshots of the new YouTube.

What really impress me of this new YouTube app is the search time of the search engine is very fast. The interface is simple and user friendly.

The videos scrolling list is very smooth as it's like kinetic scrolling as tested on my 5800XM.

There are few drawback of this app;
  • It doesn't have the ability for the YouTube account user to login to view favourite videos or read messages
  • The video playback is not in full screen.
  • It required fast and strong connection as it wouldn't have temporary video caches saved.

What do you think about the new YouTube app? Do leave your comments here.

Nokia is coming out with a tough or rugged design phone, a military up standard to use with rough handle. NokiaConversation had run a few stress or hardcore tests I would say on this mystery Nokia phone and has labeled it as Nokia Rugged for time been.

This Nokia device that has no identity, details or features was believe to be the Nokia 3720 that leaked few weeks ago by yet to comfirm by Nokia.

Few tests were executed as below;

Nokia Phone VS Rugby Boot

The Nokia rugged phone was kicked with a rugby boot.

Nokia Phone VS Very Big Ladder

The Nokia rugged phone had a 2 stories high drop test.

Nokia Phone VS Pint of Beer

Bejeweled is a puzzle game that created as a web-based Flash game. The objective of this game is to swap one gem with an adjacent gem to form a horizontal or vertical chain of three or more gems. When the gems chain is formed, its will self destroyed or disappear and others gems falls from top to fill in gaps.

It’s an interesting game that I would be great to be played on a touch screen phone like Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and Nokia N97.

Here introducing “Bejeweled Twist” for mobile by popcap.com. It’s a new version of game that selects four jewels and rotates them in clockwise to create a chain. This Bejeweled Twist for mobile has variety of skill levels and game modes.

For those you know me well, I'm not a fans of games, but this puzzle game do really get me. Great game to train our mind and thought, best game to kill time when you are bored.

Below are some screenshot of Bejeweled Twist.

Bejeweled Twist is a Java games that support S60 3rd & S60 5th platform and can be purchased at www.popcap.com.
