Acer has promised to bring a massive 4.8" Smartphone/Tablet back in April. Finally it will be reaching to shore on this coming September (According to Acer's Facebook Page) It will be called Acer Iconia Phoneblet 4.8" Smart. So called Hybrid Phone+Tablet.
Although the screen size is massive like Dell Streak 5 but the shape of the phone is quite handy to hold. Phoneblet will be powered by Snapdragon processor, twin cameras and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. When it finally does arrive, it'll cost Europeans €499 - around $710.
