Nokia just announced a new smartphone powered by Symbian Anna OS platform boasted on a 1GHz processor and interchangeable back covers, The new Nokia 500.
Nokia 500 will be a low-cost, full function smartphone that gives you more.
It's got a 3.2" capacitive touch display with resolution of 640 x 360 pixel. On the back, there's a 5 megapixel camera that do video recording. Handy for holiday snaps and day out.
As mentioned earlier, Nokia 500 comes with the latest Symbian Anna OS which offers a refreshed UI, a better browser and split-screen messaging.
It also pre-installed the latest Nokia Maps for free drive and walk navigation.
The music player is complemented by an FM radio receiver and Internet Radio access to all the music and news you might need, not just from your own country, but from around the world.
The 1GHz processor allowed seamless multitasking and to do something extra-demanding.

- 2GB Internal Memory (expandable up to 32GB with microSD)
- 3G data up to HSUPA
- Bluetooth 2.1 & WiFi 802.11b/g
- Battery 5-7 hours talk time, 450+ hours in standby or up to 35 hours of music playback.
- Measures 111.3 x 53.8 x 14.1mm and weighs in at 93g – lighter than any other Symbian^3 phone to date.
The Nokia 500 will be available in black and white and there is 3 different-coloured back covers in the box.
This smartphone will cost just €150 before taxes and subsidies abd will be available from the 3rd quarter of this year.
