A new ROM for the international version of the Samsung Galaxy S II from the Samsung R&D center was leaked. You can download the beta ICS firmware HERE on your device right now.

Bear in mind, this is an early stage version of ROM and be expected some glitches and bugs.

Not advisable if it's your primary phone. I think they will be releasing an official ICS very soon.
