ASUS with NVIDIA has announced a 7-inch Transformer Prime, ASUS Eee Pad MeMO ME171. It complete with the Tegra 3 CPU and the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Eee Pad MeMO are bundles with application like MyPainter, MyNet, MyCloud, ASUS Sync and other productivity and entertainment application.
