Nokia N86 8MP Firmware Update with Changelog

Nokia N86 8MP has a new firmware update and this time consider a major update from V21.006 to V30.009.

Do check for the update via Nokia Software Updater or via FOTA.

These are the changelog applied on the new V30 firmware;

SW improvements and corrections

• YouTube application preloaded
• Support for Comes With Music PINless activation
• Map data updated to version #23
• N-Gage application and games removed
• Update to new device first use flow (Cherry v1 Wk46 release) to support Indonesian active users
• Ovi Store version updated to v1.5.6
• Nokia Messaging 1.1 baseline updated (Freestyle 2.0 baseline 11)
• Lots of quality improvements in e.g. Messaging, Maps and browser area.

New Features

• Ovi Maps 3 SR3 with new Share Location feature and free global lifetime navigation.
• New Ovi Maps 3 includes free map updates for more than 70 navigable countries, and free travel guides from Lonely Planet and Michelin. Share your location in Facebook with Share Location feature.
